Entry Sixty Nine: What to say, what to say?

Why yes, it is time for another email from yours truly! To be perfectly honest, I don’t got a lot from this past week and I’m currently working on putting a hard cover on my copy of the Book of Mormon, but I'll try to muster up something interesting for you all because I love you.

Ok that makes it sound like you're a second priority; which is absolutely false ๐Ÿ˜…

When it comes to writing these emails sometimes I feel more inspired than other times, but that's ok.

As for my week, it's been an absolute blast training Elder McQuiston on how to do missionary work! We’ve certainly seen a lot more happy moments this week than… negative moments. Although one guy called us a “Mormon faggot” so that got a good chuckle. ๐Ÿ’€

But Jennifer is progressing nicely! She is super humble and willing to accept anything we teach her. We also have our friend, Robert, who is learning so much about God and is practically being enlightened each passing moment! Super exciting to see!

Now, with my Book of Mormon currently under construction, it has given me a moment to appreciate the fact that we have this book in our day. What a marvelous wonder it is that we know God still lives; he speaks to us, and we are his children, no matter what part of the world we come from!

I know that the book is truly the word of God! You should read it! It is seriously enlightening my mind each day I read it. When I turn to it over my phone I am able to find true peace, and not the false sense I get when I doomscroll on the messenger app. It is a book of power, and I promise you all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

A marvelous work has begun to come forth among all the children of men. O ye that embark in the service of God, give heart, mind, and strength unto Him; For prophets have spoken and angels have come to lift the world from sin, that Christ may reign over all the earth and bless His gathered kin.

Love y'all!
