Entry Sixty Three: Stuff

 Hi! Hope this week was good for you. I don’t have a lot of time nor much to say about this week for me.

Kayla was baptized a member of the church yesterday! It was fantastic.

My companion ran over a squirrel on the way to church. It was pretty tragic but lowkey he had lots of chances to move, so it’s natural selection at this point.

Honestly there’s been opposition like crazy this week, and as uncomfortable as it can be at times, I find solace in Lehi’s wisdom when he said that there is opposition in all things.

The resurrection only matters because the grave stung so sharply in the first place. I know despite all trials that are happening at this time, it will be nothing compared with the joy and glory that is to come.

I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me, confused at the grace that so fully he proffers me. I tremble to know that for me he was crucified. That for me, a sinner, he suffered, he bled and died. Oh, it is wonderful that he should care for me enough to die for me! Oh, it is wonderful, wonderful to me!
